Olive

Olive is a program for editing and color-correcting videos with nodes. Thanks to these visual programming nodes, you'll have full control over how Olive renders the material you're editing with this tool. You can create all kinds of new visual effects with these nodes, which are capable of connecting videos in a flexible way.

You don't even need to write code to achieve new effects when editing videos with Olive. In order to share the nodes with other colleagues who want to use the program, all you have to do is copy and paste the code into your text tool. The integrated OpenColorIO tool allows you to match and color-correct different cameras with ease. By rendering images in 'half float' and 'full float,' Olive can achieve maximum color fidelity in edited videos.

Thanks to a robust and efficient disk cache, Olive manages to play edited videos smoothly. In this way, Olive can render material that's already been edited while you keep working on other parts of the project. You can customize this setting to your preferences by choosing the usage limits for the disk cache according to your needs.
